Junior Giant Thuja Tree
Junior Giant Thuja Tree offers evergreen color and fast growth—ideal for privacy screens, windbreaks, and year-round landscape structure.
1. Planting: Select an area with well-drained soil and full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight daily).
Dig a hole that's three times as wide as the root ball but just as deep. Place the tree, backfill the soil, and tamp down. Finally, water the tree to settle the roots and mulch to conserve moisture.
2. Watering: For the first couple of weeks make sure to water your Jr. Giant every other day to help establish the root system. Keep a watering schedule for the first couple of months watering around 2 times a week. Natural rainfall should be enough to sustain your tree after the first year.
3. Pruning: You won’t have to prune this tree unless you'd like to shear for shaping purposes. In that case, you can shear your tree yearly in late spring.
