Peach Lemonade® Rose Bush

The Peach Lemonade® Rose Bush is a delightful addition to any garden, showcasing stunning shades of pink and yellow blooms that evoke a warm, sunny feel.

1. Planting: Plant or repot within 4 weeks of arrival. Choose a sunny location for the Peach Lemonade® Rose Bush, ideally with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. Prepare the soil by mixing organic compost to improve drainage and enrich nutrients. Dig a hole that is twice as wide as the root ball but no deeper than the container it comes in. Place the plant gently in the hole, ensuring the graft union is at soil level, and fill in the surrounding area with soil, firming it lightly. Add a 2-3" layer of mulch 3 feet around the plant, which conserves water, insulates roots, and suppresses weeds. Water deeply after planting.

2. Watering: Water every 2-3 days for the first two weeks, then water twice a week depending on your soil and local weather. After establishment, water deeply once a week. Roses prefer infrequent, deep watering over frequent, shallow watering. This encourages robust root development while preventing root rot.

3. Pruning: To maintain a compact shape and promote new growth, prune the Peach Lemonade® Rose in early spring before new growth appears. Remove any dead or diseased wood and shape the bush by trimming back one-third of its height. This also helps improve air circulation, reducing the risk of disease.

4. Fertilizing: Feed the rose bush with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in early spring, following the manufacturer's instructions. A second application can be made in mid-summer to support ongoing blooms. Regular fertilization will enhance flowering and overall plant health.
